This depends on which pricing model you have chosen. You will receive the following two options in your offer:

  • Premium: Direct without transshipment at the higher price
  • Eco: With transshipment at a lower price with a longer term

What is your Plan B if there are delays in transporting our trade show materials?2023-10-10T14:48:48+02:00

To ensure that this does not happen, we collect the material in good time so that we have sufficient buffer in the event of unforeseen irregularities in the transport chain, we would rather accept storage costs if we arrive too early at the place of receipt / Alternatively, we can work out an emergency concept for express delivery of a replacement, provided that you have the material available a second time.

CIPL (Commercial Invoice / Packing List), ABD (Export Accompanying Document) and, if necessary, country-specific additional documents as well as MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) when shipping dangerous goods; in the case of a temporary shipment, an ATA Carnet may also be used if necessary.
